Short version of the ImageSnip Terms of Service:

• Using services provided by ImageSnip is equal to accept following Terms Of Service
• Don't make snips out of any material that is copyrighted, construed as illegal porn or harrasment.
• If you do, you will be reported to apropriate law enforcement and you will be banned from ImageSnip services.

Definitions

• 'ImageSnip' refers to the ImageSnip website, and excludes its shareholders, owners, or operators.
• 'Image','Snip' or 'Snippet' refers to any image that has the potential to be processed by services of ImageSnip.

Cost

• ImageSnip services are free.

Terms of Service

• ImageSnip reserves the right to remove or replace any uploaded, selected or snipped files, and assumes no liability for lost or misplaced snippets or images URLs. Following types of images and snips are considered as abusive:
  1. Child pornography
  2. Racist images
  3. Images involving facist ideology
  4. Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of specific country laws
  5. Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user

• ImageSnip does not guarantee images hosting.
• ImageSnip administration take right to delete, change, move or modify any content uploaded, commited, snipped, posted or send by users at any time, without giving a reason, especially when circumstances such as law braking or abusive content.
• Uploading abusive files may result in the immediate termination of the user's ability to use ImageSnip or any of its provided services.
• ImageSnip site may not load, all ImageSnip-hosted files may not load, 3rd party files linked from ImageSnip site may not load.
• To report any type of abuse, send email using the Contact Us form (on bottom of the page).

Legal Policy

• ImageSnip Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.
• All files are copyright to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

• User agrees that the use of ImageSnip services is entirely at User's own risk.
• ImageSnip services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind!
• ImageSnip makes no guarantee of availability of service at any time.
• ImageSnip is not responsible for ANY damages and damages which could arise from using directly or indirectly ImageSnip service or content provided.

Maintenance

• ImageSnip may perform maintenance services as necessary.
• User acknowledges that such maintenance may require downtime.
• ImageSnip does not guarantee any specific time of maximum downtime, and will resume service as see fit.
